Black Friday Sauna and Hot Tub Deals 2026: How to Buy Smart

Black Friday sauna and hot tub deals are only starting: Black Friday is November 27, 2026 and Cyber Monday is November 30. Some sauna makers are already running early markdowns, so the smart move now is to shortlist models, record today's prices and learn what a real discount looks like before the big weekend.

This guide is part of our seasonal deals section. It covers outdoor saunas, sauna heaters and hot tubs. We do not list sale prices here, because they change by the hour and we only report what we can verify.

Why this matters now: saunas ship in weeks, not days. Almost Heaven quoted 6 to 8 weeks for its Pinnacle barrel and 8 to 12 weeks for its larger cabins in early November. If you buy over Thanksgiving, your sauna may arrive in January, so you need a level base laid before the ground freezes.

What we saw on November 4, 2026

• Almost Heaven was running a "Pre-Black Friday Sale", with crossed-out regular prices on many barrel, cabin and cube saunas. A few models, such as the Salem 2 Person barrel, showed no markdown.
• Redwood Outdoors was already advertising a "Black Friday Sale", with a crossed-out regular price on its Cabin 4 Person sauna and extra order-value discounts applied at checkout. Its saunas include a Harvia heater in the price.
• Kuuma (Lamppa Manufacturing) showed plain list prices for its Classic wood stoves, with no markdown.
• Intex listed its PureSpa Greystone 4-person inflatable spa with no "was" price shown.

Early markdowns are not proof that Black Friday prices will be lower, or higher. Treat them as your baseline.

Where Black Friday sauna and hot tub savings tend to show up

What a genuine deal looks like

The US Federal Trade Commission's guide on former price comparisons (16 CFR 233.1) says a "was" price should be the actual, bona fide price the item was offered at "to the public on a regular basis" for "a reasonably substantial period of time", in good faith. Use that as your test.

1. Record the price today. Screenshot the exact configuration you want, heater and windows included. Compare the same build on Black Friday.
2. Compare like with like. A sauna with a 6 kW dial heater is not the same purchase as one with a Wi-Fi heater. Redwood includes the heater; many kits do not.
3. Add the hidden costs. Freight, a gravel or concrete base, an electrician for a 240V circuit, and chimney parts for wood stoves can add more than the discount saves.
4. Read the stacking rules. Sign-up codes, financing offers and sale prices often exclude each other. Read the exclusions.
5. Check the lead time. A cheaper sauna that arrives in March may be worth less to you than a full-price one that arrives in December.
6. Ignore urgency. Countdown timers and "limited stock" banners do not tell you whether the price is good.

Models worth watching

These are models we have researched in depth, with official links so you can track the price yourself.

Questions to ask before you pay

• What exactly ships? Heater, stones, roofing, controller and chimney parts are often separate lines. Redwood Outdoors, for example, includes a Harvia heater and roofing with its barrel and cabin saunas; many kits do not.
• What does delivery involve? Large cabins can arrive on a flatbed with no unloading by the driver. Almost Heaven says its Allegheny cabin needs one to four people or a forklift to offload.
• What power does it need? Ask for the heater's kW rating and the amp requirement of its 240V circuit, then get an electrician's quote before the sale ends.
• What is the return policy on freight items? Return shipping on a crated sauna or hot tub can be costly. Read the policy before you buy.
• Is the warranty the same at sale price? It should be. Check that the listing still shows the maker's standard warranty.

When to buy

• Now to November 26: shortlist, record prices, measure your site and book an electrician quote. Lay the base before frost if you can.
• November 27 to 30: compare against your saved prices. Buy only if the same configuration is cheaper, or comes with something you would pay for anyway.
• December: if you missed the sale, stock and lead time matter more than a few percent. A sauna ordered in December is unlikely to arrive before the new year.

Safety before you buy

• Electrics: hardwired 240V sauna heaters and hot tubs need a licensed electrician. Redwood Outdoors states that all its heaters must be installed by a certified electrician.
• Hot tub temperature: the CPSC says hot tub water should never exceed 104°F (40°C), and pregnant women should stay at 100°F (38°C) or below. Avoid alcohol while soaking, and take special care with young children.
• Wood stoves: follow the maker's clearances and chimney specification, and fit a carbon monoxide alarm in any connected building.

Start with the right sauna

A discount only helps if the model fits your yard and your winters. Read our guide to the best barrel saunas before Black Friday, so you know exactly which configuration to watch.
